AIX hereby informs Market Participants that, based on information provided to AIX by the Bookrunner, First Heartland Securities JSC, the initial coupon indicative for the Book-building for the bonds of the Republic of Kazakhstan, represented by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has been established as follows:

• for the Series 01 (MFKZ.01_BB) – not more than G-curve* + 55 b.p
• for the Series 07 (MFKZ.07_BB) – not more than G-curve + 65 b.p
• for the Series 11 (MFKZ.11_BB) – not more than G-curve + 70 b.p
