Pursuant to Rule 1.5.6 of AIX CSD Business Rules, AIX CSD hereby informs its Participants as follows:
In addition to the Market Notice 2018-12-12 -1.
AIX CSD informs its Participants that the fees for Issuance and Cancellation of Depository Receipts of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (ISIN US46627J3023) are set as per below:

| For Issuance and Cancellation | 0,05 USD per DR rounded up to the next 100 DR |
| For Cancellation | additional 17.50 USD cable fee per instruction |
| Transferring securities from AIX CSD to facilitate Depository Receipts conversions to/from underlying securities | 0,05% of the value* subject to a minimum of 100 USD |
*The value is calculated according to the official average price of the security on AIX the day before the day of the transfer. If no average price of the security on AIX exists the day before the day of the transfer, the value is calculated according to the face value of the security. It is not charged for conversions within the AIX CSD where the converted securities remain in the AIX CSD.
