AIX hereby informs Market Participants and Custodians that, based on information provided to AIX by the coordinator of the AIX Placing and joint bookrunner of the AIX Placing, “Halyk Finance” JSC, that 5 023 021Global Depositary Receipts (GDR) of the Joint-Stock Company “National Atomic Company “Kazatomprom” have been placed on the AIX at the offering price 13.00 USD per 1 GDR satisfying domestic demand in full and thereby representing approximately 50,9% of the Placing.
