Market Notice – AIX Book-building announcement (update) –pdf
This Market Notice updates Market Notice 2019-09-25_01 to reflect:
(i) the price guidance of $13.00 per 1 GDR, and
(ii) No “at strike price” book-building scenario, and accordingly, no KAP.Y.BB.S symbol (Trading Mnemonic) in the book-build.
Market Notice 2019-09-25_02 with respect to the timeline and information related to the book-building, allocation and cash – settlement remains unchanged.
