In relation to the Market Notice 2019-05-23 AIX Book-Building Announcement, AIX has been informed by JSC SkyBridge Invest, the lead manager of the offering, that the YTM and the Issue price for the Book-building for the Euronotes tap of JSC “National Company “Kazakhstan Temir Zholy” has been established at 2.25% and 104.238, respectively. The total value is CHF 80,000,000.00.
