Listing requirements

This includes:
  1. Acceptable audited annual financial statements covering a prior period of:
  • 1 years for REM Companies
  • 2 years for Debt Issuers
  • 3 years for Equity Issuers (at least one year is in net profit)
      2. If the audited annual financial statements are:
  • Not older than 9 months as at the expected date of listing – then no additional financial statements required
  • Older than 9 months but not older than 15 months as at the expected date of listing – unaudited interim financial statements required that cover at least first 6 months period
  • Older than 15 months but not older than 18 months as at the expected date of listing – audited interim financial statements required that cover at least first 6 months period
  1. For Equity Issuers – minimum free-float (Shares in Public Hands) of at least:
  • 25%
  • 15% for REM Companies
* Subject to MLR11.2, the AIX may waive or modify free-float requirement
  1. At the time of listing appropriate minimum market capitalisation should be:
  • at least $1M for Equity Issuers
  • at least $500k for Debt Issuers
* For REM Companies: at the time of listing and while admitted to the Official List as a REM Company, free-float market capitalisation of Equity Securities on all Regulated Exchanges shall be less than USD200 million
