Please note that even if an Applicant has a brokerage licence he has an option to be Authorised by AFSA to conduct regulated activity within AIFC.

Contact AIX Business Development who will provide an overview of application process and requirements and help you with any questions you may have about AIX.
Submit a Member application with necessary supporting documents to get connected to AIX Trading Facilities and post-trade system.
Following receipt and review of the Member application, the AIX Regulation Team determines whether clarifications or further documents are required.
Pass technical connectivity tests run by AIX as per the details provided in the AIX Member application.
Once your trading connection and post-trade arrangements are finalised and the AIX Regulation Team is satisfied that the applicant meets the qualification requirements, AIX will countersign the Member agreement and you can commence trading. Please also review Membership Fees.
